General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between Isabelle Jeanselme, sole proprietor (Micro-entrepreneur), registered with the Nanterre RCS under SIRET number 10698972600018, hereinafter referred to as "The Service Provider", and any person making a booking on the website, hereinafter referred to as "The Client".

Article 1: Purpose

The Service Provider offers passenger tourist transport services aboard a vintage vehicle (Citroën 2CV) with a driver, following various itineraries presented on the website.

Article 2: Booking and Order

Any booking implies the Client's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS. The booking becomes firm and final after confirmation of availability by the Service Provider and payment of the full amount by the Client. A confirmation email is then sent to the Client.

Article 3: Rates and Payment Methods

The prices of our services are indicated in Euros (€). Invoicing is tax-exempt, as the business benefits from micro-enterprise status (VAT not applicable according to Article 293 B of the CGI). The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of booking confirmation. Payment is made online via secure credit card platform.

Article 4: Cancellation and Modification

By the Client: Any cancellation by the Client must be notified by email at least 72 hours before the start of the service to receive a full refund. Beyond this timeframe, no refund will be issued. By the Service Provider (Weather & Force Majeure): As the 2CV is a historic vehicle, or in case of extreme weather conditions compromising safety, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour. In case of cancellation by the Service Provider, the Client will be fully refunded without entitlement to further compensation.

Article 5: Service Execution and Safety

The Client agrees to behave respectfully aboard the vehicle. Smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited without prior agreement. The driver reserves the right to refuse access to any intoxicated or aggressive individual, with no refund given. The vehicle is fully insured for commercial passenger transport.

Article 6: Liability

The Service Provider cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond her control (traffic jams, strikes, road closures in Paris). Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the Client.

Article 7: Disputes and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those under the jurisdiction of the Service Provider's registered head office.

Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Privacy Policy and Data Protection

In conducting its business of booking tourist services, Madame 2CV collects and processes personal data. Madame 2CV is committed to ensuring that data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law.

2. Collected Data

We only collect data necessary for processing your request: name, email, phone number, language spoken, and messages sent via our forms, as well as encrypted payment information processed securely via our payment gateway.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to handle information requests, manage bookings, send confirmations, communicate last-minute updates, and issue regulatory invoices.

4. Data Retention

Prospect data is kept for up to 3 years after last contact. Client billing data is retained for 10 years per accounting regulations.

5. Data Sharing

Your data is strictly confidential and will never be sold or rented. It is shared only with technical sub-contractors necessary for website operations (web host, booking system, secure payment processor).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of your personal data by contacting isabelle@madame2cv.fr.
